KAIROS processes only the personal information necessary to respond to inquiries.
KAIROS Urban Consulting handles personal information safely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
1. Purpose
Information is processed to review project inquiries, provide consultation and respond.
2. Information collected
Required: name, phone number, email, service, subject and message. Organization is optional. To prevent abuse, an identifier derived one-way from the connection IP may be processed without storing the original IP.
3. Retention
Inquiry information is retained for one year after completion. Abuse-prevention identifiers are retained for up to 24 hours and administrator audit records for one year, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Third-party provision
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law or separately agreed.
5. Processing services
Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure is used for website operation and email transmission.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by email.
7. Destruction
Information is securely destroyed when retention ends or its purpose is fulfilled.
8. Cookies
The functional krurban_lang cookie stores your language choice for up to one year. You can delete or block it in browser settings without losing the site's main functions.
